Orders are dispatched the next day from our office. Depending on the post or courier, you should receive your goods within 5-7 working days. We will not process an order unless we are holding the stock to ensure minimum delay.

Each hotel decides how many rooms it has available. Some do not allow promotional bookings over peak periods but the majority do. It is always advisable to book well ahead for busy times to avoid disappointment.
Do I have to use the certificates all at one time or on one offer?
No. they are fully flexible and designed to use a night here, or a few nights there, taking advantage of any deal that suits you at the time.
What are the conditions of use?
Each hotels conditions are different, so please read their conditions carefully at the website. The certificates are valid for 24 months and can be redeemed by anyone over 18 by calling us directly or making a booking enquiry via the site at the BOOK page. The certificates cannot be used directly with the hotels.
How do I book a hotel?
Call 1300 780 811 or use the BOOK form to start a reservation. Once the Hotel has confirmed, we will take a holding deposit of 10% and the balance will be payable with the hotel according to their conditions.
The hotel I called does not know about the promotion?
As all deals are managed via us, it is sometimes the case if you call the hotel the reception staff may not be aware of certain deals. As per the terms of use, all bookings must be made by calling us or using the online form provided.
